Byron Shire Council engaged the New Democracy Foundation to deliver a Citizen Jury process – an innovation in participatory democracy. The trial concludes in late April, giving us an opportunity to debrief at Renew Fest in May.

NewVote co-founder, Dion McCurdy, will be joined by Dr Lyn Carson and Dr Ian Dearden to examine democracy at its crossroads and explore innovative options for building trust and confidence in government decision making.
